Mr. Bradley J. Emerine has over 20 years of medical and healthcare experience. From 2000 through 2009, Mr. Emerine served as a United States Army Medic deployed on a worldwide basis. In September 2001, Mr. Emerine deployed with United States Central Command to Karshi-Khanabad, an air base in Uzbekistan, also known as “K2”. From K2, Mr. Emerine and his fellow soldiers provided medical care for the initial invasion and efforts into Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as part of the War on Terror following the September 11th attacks. K2 Health Solutions is named in honor of our service persons who not only served at K2 and Afghanistan but throughout the world in preservation of our freedoms. Mr. Emerine served multiple Combat and Humanitarian missions during his time in military service.
After military service, Mr. Emerine earned his Bachelor of Science degree and worked at Ireland Army Community Hospital in Fort Knox, Kentucky. In 2011, Mr. Emerine directly contributed to the founding of the non-profit foundation, Hero Rewards, which helps wounded Veterans and First-Responders in physical and emotional recovery. In 2017, Mr. Emerine was appointed as Vice-President of Purple Heart 3 (PH3 LLC) Security and Consulting which provides task and purpose to veterans through employment as well as quality security services to clients.
In 2020 after experiencing and understanding the critical need in the medical space to deliver improved products and services, Mr. Emerine formed K2 Health Solutions to focus on opportunities that improve medical care and outcomes. Mr. Emerine resides in Georgetown, Indiana with his family.
Mr. Andy Dytrych brings a wealth of experience leading teams and operations in a variety of industries to K2 Health Solutions. Andy served as an Armor officer in the United States Army from 2005 until 2013 with combat deployments in both Iraq and Afghanistan during Operations Iraqi Freedom with the famed 2nd Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division and Enduring Freedom with the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force (CJSOTF), respectively. Mr. Dytrych was stationed at Ft. Stewart, GA, Ft. Knox, KY, and Ft. Shafter, HI. Military awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Bronze Star Medal, and initiation into the Order of St. George.
Prior to joining K2 Health Solutions as one of the three principles, Andy served as an investment banker with Hilliard Lyons Investment Banking, advising lower middle market business owners on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. While at Hilliard Lyons, Andy partnered with senior executives to form an Enterprise Project Management Office to implement a standard operating procedure for evaluating and executing various enterprise and department level business improvement projects. Additionally, Mr. Dytrych worked for Atria Senior Living where he was instrumental in the company’s successful COVID-19 pandemic responses. During the pandemic, Andy directly oversaw Atria’s PPE distribution and COVID testing operations, to include working closely with the Mayo Clinic to execute over 350,000 covid tests across 200 testing sites nationwide.
Andy’s key passions in life is to support other veterans and make people’s lives better. He continues to serve on the Board of Directors for USA Cares, a national Veteran’s Service Organization focused on supporting veterans in crisis through emergency financial assistance and transition support. He held other volunteer positions with Team Red, White and Blue, the Paul Hornung College Football Award, the West Point Society of Kentucky, and the Rosenthal Leadership Academy at the University of Notre Dame. Andy was an offensive lineman and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned a MBA from the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame. Andy has been recognized for his accomplishments by Louisville Business First as a top Veteran in Business and 40 Under 40. He lives in Georgetown, IN with his wife, Maggie, and four daughters.
Mr. Buchanan has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare that includes leadership roles in building customer focused sales teams and creating significant value for private companies.
Before helping form K2 Health Solutions, Mr. Buchanan held positions in several Fortune 500 companies including: Schering-Ploughing, Galderma, Boehringer-Inglehiem, AstraZeneca and Novartis. Through optimizing business opportunities and focusing on solving Client problems, Mr. Buchanan created, transformed and optimized business development results through insightful leadership, strong executive skills and business strategy.
Mr. Buchanan earned his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Purdue University in Lafayette, IN and a two Masters degrees from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.

Eugene T. Martin, III holds extensive experience on the national and international stage in healthcare, corporate governance, compliance, and strategic implementation. A 1989 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Mr. Martin led teams during periods of combat, post-combat, and peacetime operations. In his Navy career, Mr. Martin served on multiple ships and culminated his career as the United States Navy American Legation - United States Naval Attaché to the United Arab Emirates assigned to the United States Embassy in Abu Dhabi where he advised the U. S. Ambassador, Commander of U.S. Central Command, and Senior Defense Officials on matters of national security.
Retiring from the military after over 20 years of military and diplomatic experience, Mr. Martin led corporate teams in logistics, technology, international engagement, and leadership. Mr. Martin is one of the original founders of National Veterans Training Foundation and commits his personal time and energy uplifting and strengthening veterans and their families through employment, education, and team building. He also serves as an executive advisor to several corporations as well as non-profit entities. Education includes Juris Doctorate (Southern University Law Center), Master of Business Administration, Master of Military Arts and Sciences (Air Command and Staff College), Joint Professional Military Education I, Bachelor of Science (United States Naval Academy), and Save-A-Warrior (SAW Cohort-0190). Mr. Martin also completed the Joseph J. Malone Fellowship in Arab and Middle East Studies sponsored by the National Council on United States-Arab Relations.
